How long after I complete my HRA can I do another one?
Your HRA is active for 28 days (4 weeks). After that you can complete a new one.
Please note: If you have a current Action Plan you won't need another HRA until you have completed that Action Plan.
Can I still do a 'What If' HRA?
No, the 'what if' HRA's were only included in the first release of OneLife. In this new OneLife release you now have an Action Plan that follows the HRA.
Action Plan
What is an Action Plan?
An Action Plan is the next step after completing a HRA.
Your four (4) week Action Plan programme introduces you to the benefits of achieving a series of lifestyle goals. A list of nine (9) goals are generated by the OneLife expert system based on your personal HRA score. You will be asked to select three (3) goals. Each week your progress will be measured and at the end of four (4) weeks you need to repeat your HRA to see if your score has improved.
Can I have an Action Plan without doing a HRA?
No, you need to complete an HRA before you can create your Action Plan programme. The goals and support resources generated by the OneLife expert system are based on your personal HRA score.
How long do I have to complete my Action Plan?
You have four (4) weeks (28 days) to complete your Action Plan. You then have 7 days to enter any outstanding goal data before your Action Plan expires!
Don't worry we will send you a reminder email.
Can I suspend my Action Plan?
No, you currently can't suspend or put your Action Plan on hold but we will be implementing a suspension programme in the near future. However, you can contact your OneLife Account Manager to discuss your needs.
How do I save my Action Plan?
You don't need to save your Action Plan as it is automatically saved.
What happens when I finish my Action Plan?
When you finish your Action Plan you need to repeat your HRA to see the improvements in your score.
